Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the transwiki.co website, you accept these terms of use. If you disagree with any of these terms, we invite you not to use the site.

Nature of the service

TransWiki is an informational and educational project on trans topics. Published content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute in any way:

  • Medical, psychological or psychiatric advice
  • Legal advice
  • Diagnosis or therapeutic recommendations

For any decision related to health or legal matters, always consult qualified professionals. TransWiki content can help you get informed, but does not replace expert opinion.

AI Assistant ("Ask the Wiki")

The site provides an AI-based assistant (Google Gemini) that answers questions about wiki content. By using this service, you accept the following:

  • The assistant generates responses based exclusively on content published in the TransWiki wiki. Responses are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies.
  • The assistant's responses do not constitute advice of a medical, psychological or legal nature. Always verify information with the cited sources and consult qualified professionals.
  • Conversations are not saved or stored. Each session is independent and messages are deleted when the page is closed.
  • Messages sent to the assistant are transmitted to Google's servers (Gemini API) for response generation. Do not include sensitive personal data in messages.
  • The service is subject to usage limits to ensure availability to all users. Automated use, spam or any attempt to abuse the service is prohibited and will result in temporary access blocking.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify or remove the AI assistant at any time without notice.
